Before or after our Holiday Light Show Cruise on Lake Coeur d’Alene we head across the street to Tito Macaroni’s. The family friendly restaurant is a special favorite with kids because of the make your own pizza feature. When ordering each child chooses their favorite toppings. When all is assemble the child is invited to the kid-height counter, receives their personalized chef hat and sets to work. It can be very serious work.

When the young chef is satisfied with their assembly the pizza is slid into the open hearth oven. Meanwhile the adults can sit back with a glass of wine and anticipate their dinner selection – pasta, pizza or house specialties.
